After much waited and prolong communications at registered dealership, Bajaj has officially slated the 2019 Dominar 400 for sale. Previously, many dealerships started taking advance registrations and booking for the 2019 Dominar 400 and few even commenced the deliveries. Now, with company’s green light, the dealership across India have stated 2019 Dominar 400 as its flagship offering.
The 2019 Bajaj Dominar 400 is powered by the same 373 cc, single cylinder motor, but has switched to a DOHC unit and now produces 40 hp of power at 8,650 rpm and 35 Nm of torque at 7,000 rpm. The engine comes mated to a six speed manual gearbox. The updates include an upside down forks and Bajaj has also revised the monoshock, improving the overall ride quality. The bike features a refreshed primary display and a secondary display which gets a new gear indicator, missing on the previous model. The bike also gets a side stand indicator on the primary screen. The bike also features a new twin exhaust setup which produces a much throatier sound.
The 2019 Bajaj Dominar 400 comes with an ex showroom price tag of Rs. 1.73 lakh, making it pricier by Rs. 10,000 over the previous iteration. The new Dominar 400 will rival the likes of KTN 390, TVS Apache 310R, KTM Duke 390, BMW G310R and newly launched Honda CB300R.
