In the wake of growing popularity in sub 300 cc segment and with the rise in competition. Benelli has reintroduced the naked street TNT 300 and fully faired 302R with a substantial price cut. Post the partnership with the Hyderabad based Mahavir Group, the company has launched inline-four TNT 600i, new TRK 502, 502X and 300 series in India. The company has reintroduced the bike with substantial price cut of Rs. 50,000. Bringing the TNT 300 prices down to Rs. 2.99 lakh (ex showroom), similarly, the price of the 302R has gone from Rs 3.70 lakh to Rs 3.10 lakh (ex showroom). Both motorcycles are powered by a 300 cc, inline twin cylinder motor that makes 38.8 hp of power at 11,500 rpm and peak torque of 26.5 Nm at 10,000 rpm.
The naked sport TNT300 takes on the likes of KTM 390 Duke while the faired 302R will go up against the likes of TVS Apache 310R, BMW G310R and Kawasaki Ninja 300.
