BMW is set to launch the facelift variants of 7 Series as well as the X7 in India coming month. The flagship SUV surfaced at 2018 LA Auto Show while the 7 series debut during the beginning of 2019. Inspite of being under different categories, the two share a prominent front grille which dominated the front facia of the car. The two models will be offered with a choice of 3.0 litre six cylinder petrol and diesel engines with the X7 additionally getting a range topping 400 hp M50d variant. All the configurations will be coupled with an 8 speed automatic transmission.
When launched, the BMW X7 will take on the likes of Mercedes Benz GLS, Audi Q7 and Volvo XC90. While, the 7 series will go head on with Mercedes Benz S Class, Audi A8, Volvo S90 and Jaguar XJL.
