Brand KTM may soon launch its very first adventure tourer for the Indian market. According to reports the company plans to launch the 390 Adventure by 2019 November. This decision is highlighted due to the delay of the launch of KTM 790 Duke due to homologation process. The company has turned its attention towards the launch of 390 Adventure and Hasqvarna in the month of November. The 390 Adventure will share its engine with e 390 Duke and will be powered by the same 373.2 cc motor which will produce 44 hp of power and 37 Nm of torque. That said, the company will tweak the engine to cater towards the adventure aspect of the bike.
The 390 Adventure is expected to be around Rs. 30,000 – 40,000 pricier than the 390 Duke and can be launched with an ex showroom price tag of Rs. 2.8-3 lakh. The bike will be launched with a BS VI compliant engine.
