MG Hector has officially disclosed the list of accessories customers can opt for post the purchase of the vehicle. The brand has also announced the official prices for each accessory and has maintained the fit and finish quality upto the mark. Owners waiting for the delivery of the Hector can also participate and get in touch with the dealership to get the accessories kitted before the delivery of the vehicle. The few existing customers of Hector can contact the dealership and request for the availability of the accessory that they want to get installed in their Hector. The brand has announced the acquiring of the accessory depends upon the availability and can vary from in-house availability to upto 45 days.
The MG Hector is powered by a FCA sourced 2.0 litre, diesel which produces 170 hp of power and 350 Nm of torque. Along with a 1.5 litre turbo petrol engine producing 143 hp of power and 250 Nm of torque. The engine variant also comes with an optional 48 V hybrid setup which provides and additional 20 Nm of torque. While a 6 speed manual is standard on both, the petrol also comes with an option of a 6 speed dual clutch automatic. MG claims an ARAI certified fuel efficiency of 13.96 kpl for the petrol automatic, 14.16 kpl for the petrol manual, 15.81 kpl for the petrol-hybrid and 17.41 kpl for the diesel variant. The Hector also comes with a segment first 10.4 inch vertical display screen similar to the ones spotted on the Tesla. On safety front, the car comes standard with dual airbags, ABS and EBD.
