Royal Enfield has recalled nearly 7000 production units of the Bullet series due to faulty placements of brake-caliper bolts. The recall comprises of the Bullet 350, Bullet 350 ES and Bullet 500 models, all manufactured between March 20, 2019 and April 30, 2019. The recall stated that the bolts manufactured did not meet the maker’s quality guidelines when quality was concerned. The recall is a proactive measure considering the importance of the parts concerned. Royal Enfield is contacting concerned customers to make them aware of the recall. Customers will need to get their possession inspected and will avail the replacement free of any charge from registered dealers.
